Roman Caraway - Whole 10g

Roman caraway (Cuminum cyminum) is a perennial plant belonging to the Apiaceae family with yellow flowers and small leaves. The plant originated in central Asia and northern India, but is now widespread worldwide and is used as a spice in many cuisines.

The seed of Roman cumin is the most widely used part. The seeds are narrow, long shaped and have a distinctive flavour that is somewhat similar to traditional cumin seeds, but slightly more bitter and strong.
