What is honeydew?
Some insect species, such as aphids and cicadas, suck the sap from plants (typically pines, oaks and other trees) and release the extra moisture as honeydew. This selected material is collected by bees, among others, and used to make forest honey.
Recommended by Dr. Ferenc Sárkány, a pharmacist, naturopath and apitherapist.
