Garlic chips have a much stronger flavour than their fresh counterparts. It is indispensable for preparing stewed meat dishes, but it is also excellent in salads, soups, stews and sauces. When in contact with other ingredients, it regains its moisture and can be used to flavour dairy products (garlic cheese), for example. The drying process makes it possible to obtain the same flavourful garlic as fresh garlic, whatever the season. Half a teaspoon is the equivalent of a medium-sized clove of fresh garlic. No additives or flavour enhancers!
